Breaking Barriers Together offers support and accommodation for children and young people aged between 5 and 17 years, with Emotional and Behavioural disorders, and young people on a DOL order.
Our staff will provide safe and nurturing care to support children and young people’s educational, emotional and behavioural needs. We understand that the children and young people whom we work with may have suffered significant trauma and have complex needs.

We will seek to promote the well-being of the children and young people in our care by providing a family orientated atmosphere where positive relationships are built on mutual respect, trust and understanding.
We offer short-, medium- or long-term placements. This includes children and young people who are, but not limited to:
victims of trauma
suffering with low self-esteem or lack confidence
emotionally or behaviourally challenged
the victims of abuse or domestic violence
sibling groups
Children and young people at risk of CSE and/or CCE
